With LUMA Travel Affiliate Program, affiliates earn referral fees right from their very first customer. These earnings are directly linked to the premium of the travel insurance policy that the customer purchases. Essentially, the higher the price of the policy, the greater the referral fee that the affiliate will receive so this setup offers affiliates unlimited earning potential.
It’s limitless! In the LUMA Travel Affiliate Program, you’ll receive a distinctive link, and any purchases made through your link will be exclusively credited to you. This is in contrast to other programs that provide links with a set cookie duration.
All purchases made on your link will earn you a referral fee. Since each affiliate link has a unique code in the url, there is no risk that somebody else including LUMA will take credit for your sale.
We issue payouts once a month via bank transfer when a minimum of 100 USD is reached, every end of the following month.

1.1 “Affiliate” refers to the individual or entity participating in the Company’s affiliate program.
1.2 “Company” refers to LUMA.
1.3 “Customer” refers to the users or individuals who purchase travel insurance through Affiliate’s marketing efforts.
1.4 “Affiliate Program” refers to the program established by the Company to enable Affiliates to earn referral fees by referring Customers to purchase travel insurance.
2.1 Affiliate Eligibility: Affiliate represents and warrants that they are eligible to participate in the Affiliate Program in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
2.2 Enrollment Process: To enroll in the Affiliate Program, Affiliate must complete the application form provided by the Company, which may include personal and contact information. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.
2.3 Account Access: Upon acceptance into the Affiliate Program, the Company will provide Affiliate with a unique affiliate ID and access to an affiliate dashboard for tracking referral activity and commission earnings.
3.1 Affiliate Promotion: Affiliate agrees to promote the Company’s travel insurance services using approved marketing materials by the Company. Affiliate shall not engage in any misleading, unethical, or illegal promotional activities.
3.2 Compliance with Laws: Affiliate shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines related to their participation in the Affiliate Program, including but not limited to data protection, privacy, and marketing regulations.
3.3 Customer Referrals: Affiliate will refer Customers to the Company’s website using unique affiliate links or tracking codes provided by the Company. The Company will be solely responsible for processing all transactions and providing customer support to referred Customers.
4.1 Referral Fees Structure:
4.1.1 Referral Fee Calculation: The Company shall pay the Affiliate a referral fee calculated based on the value of each transaction, excluding any taxes or surcharges paid by the Client, for every eligible referral that results in the purchase of travel insurance through the Affiliate’s unique referral link.
4.1.2 Communication of Referral Fees: The details of the referral fee structure and rates will be communicated to the Affiliate via email. These rates are subject to change at the sole discretion of the Company.
4.1.3 Variability Based on Campaigns and Promotions: The referral fees may vary based on different campaigns and promotions, as communicated by the Company. Any changes to the referral fee rates will also be communicated via email.
4.2 Payment Terms: Referral fee payments will be made on the following month upon exceeding an accumulated total mount of 100 USD.
4.3 Tracking and Reporting: The Company will provide Affiliate with access to an affiliate dashboard, which will display referral activity and referral fee earnings. The Company’s tracking and reporting metrics shall be the sole basis for determining the referral fees payable to Affiliate.
5.1 Ownership: Affiliate acknowledges that all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights related to the Company’s travel insurance services and marketing materials are and shall remain the sole property of the Company.
5.2 Limited License: The Company grants Affiliate a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use its approved marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting the Company’s travel insurance services in accordance with this Agreement.
6.1 Termination by Either Party: Either Party may terminate this Agreement for any reason by providing written notice to the other Party.
6.2 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, Affiliate shall cease promoting the Company’s travel insurance services and remove any marketing materials or links associated with the Company. All outstanding commissions earned prior to termination shall be paid to Affiliate in accordance with this Agreement.
7.1 Confidential Information: Affiliate agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed.
8.1 This Agreement establishes a non-exclusive relationship between the Parties. Affiliate acknowledges that it may engage in similar agreements with other affiliates, partners, or third parties. The Company retains the right to engage with other affiliates, partners, or marketing channels. Nothing in this Agreement grants Affiliate exclusivity to promote the Company’s travel insurance services.
9.1 License: Affiliate grants the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use Affiliate’s trademarks and logos solely for promoting Affiliate’s participation in the Company’s Affiliate Program.
10.1 Contact Details: The Affiliate shall provide their complete and accurate contact information, including but not limited to their name, address, email address, and phone number, to the Company. The Affiliate shall use the designated Affiliate Contact Information Form to provide these details.
10.2 Updates: The Affiliate shall promptly notify the Company of any changes or updates to their contact information by submitting an updated Affiliate Contact Information Form.
10.3 Communication: The Company may use the provided contact information to communicate with the Affiliate regarding matters related to the Affiliate Program, including commission payments, program updates, and promotional materials.
