About the booking

Can I change the address of the test location?

Please note there might be a surcharge the new location requires additional logistic charges.

Please inform at least 2h before the appointment time and make sure you receive a confirmation call and email to confirm the new address.

Can I add more people to be tested, to my existing booking?

A link will be sent to you by email to pay the additional fees. Please note the additional fees need to be settled before the service delivery.

About the Covid-19 screening test

What is a PCR test?

A PCR test or RT-PCR test (also known as molecular test or viral test) aims to show whether you might be infected with the virus.

PCR, or polymerase chain reaction, refers to the lab technique used to convert any virus RNA (Ribonucleic acid) in your sample into DNA, and “amplifies” it by making millions of copies of the DNA which the molecular test can then detect. This is currently one of the most accurate tests available.

How long does the test take?

The swab sample collection will take no more than 15min per person. 

The results will be available 48h after the test.

Who is performing the swab?

Certified nurses will be performing the swab sample collection. They will come in full protective gear.

How long does it take to receive the results?

It will take 48h to receive the results. You will receive your test results via email. 

Who is issuing the test results?

We partner with AT GENES, a highly qualified team of medical specialists. The RT-PCR test is registered by ATGenes laboratory, ISO 15189 standard and certified by the department of medical sciences. The test is approved by the Ministry of Public health.

Can I use the certificate to travel?

Yes, you'll receive by email within 48h after the PCR Test:

  • A Covid-19 RT-PCR Test lab result
  • A Fit-to-Fly Certificate

Both documents are accepted by airlines and airport authorities to travel internationally. Please always check airlines and airports requirements prior to your travel. 

Is a Fit-to-Fly Certificate provided after the test?

Yes, you'll receive a Fit-to-Fly certificate, together with the RT-PCR Test result.

Cancellation and refund

How can I cancel the booking?

To cancel your booking; please contact our Customer Support at +66 2 665 3600 or call the Covid-19 PCR test phone assistance (operated by Europ Assistance) at +662 180 5589.

Please cancel at least 24h before the appointment.

Can I get a refund?

If the booking is cancelled at least 24h before the appointment, you can be refunded of the fees paid less cancellation fees (22 THB + 8.8% of the total price).

It will take 3 to 5 working days to be refunded.
