Find a Medical Facility in our Preferred Network

We’re pleased to introduce Direct Billing, a LUMA service designed to provide a cashless experience at our network medical facilities. With this service, LUMA members with a health insurance plan don’t need to make advanced payments and the insurer will pay medical expenses directly to the facility.
 
Important notes about Direct Billing: If the information provided during the visit is incomplete or doesn’t align with the policy coverage, Direct Billing may not be available. This doesn’t necessarily mean the claim is denied, but the member will need to pay first and submit a reimbursement claim for further review. Likewise, the use of Direct Billing at a facility doesn’t guarantee the insurer’s final claim approval. The insurer reviews each case thoroughly to ensure it aligns with the coverage.
 
To benefit from Direct Billing service, present the member card (physical card or digital card on LUMA mobile app) at our network facilities.
