Your travel insurance begins on the start date you selected and ends on your chosen end date.
Medical coverage in Thailand only starts once you’ve cleared immigration.
It’s important to note that you must purchase your plan before your trip begins. Coverage cannot be activated after you’ve arrived in Thailand.
Once we receive all the required documents, most claims are processed within five business days. After approval, the refund will be sent to your bank. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
Yes, if your policy hasn’t started and no claims have been submitted, you’re eligible for a full refund. However, once your policy begins, refunds are no longer available.
This is different from the “Trip Cancellation” benefit offered on some of our plans, which covers prepaid, non-refundable travel costs if you cancel for a covered reason.

You can purchase coverage for your whole family in a single transaction. Each person will receive their own policy with full individual benefits. Coverage is not shared across family members.
