The evacuation will be arranged to the nearest suitable facility, utilizing the most efficient mode of transportation capable of providing the necessary medical care. Please note that only the Insurer and/or the Assistance Company are authorized to coordinate the evacuation.
Following an Emergency Evacuation, assistance with repatriation can be provided if deemed necessary. It's important to understand that the decision and coordination of repatriation lie solely with the Insurer and/or the Assistance Company.

Compensation is provided for every complete 6-hour delay, up to the specified policy limit. To be eligible, the delay must exceed 6 hours and not result from failure to check in or reconfirm on time. Additionally, your booking must be confirmed before any known issues arise. Official documentation from the airline detailing the cause, date, time, and duration of the delay is required for claims. Please note that this coverage excludes issues existing at the policy’s commencement or problems caused by government authorities.

It is imperative to note that the delay should not be attributable to customs or government officials, and submission of documentation, including original purchase receipts, is required.
